What We Do Not Do
- No third-party advertising networks.
- No third-party analytics services.
- No tracking pixels or cross-site tracking technologies.
- No sale, rental, or brokerage of personal data.
- No profiling of users for advertising purposes.
Basic page view counters may be provided for hosted sites. These are generated server-side and do not identify individual visitors.
User Content
Content you upload to MyJay.net is stored and served as part of the hosting service. Published websites are publicly accessible by design.
MyJay.net does not routinely review user content. However, administrators may access files when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse reports, security issues, legal complaints, or violations of our Terms.
Cookies
MyJay.net uses a single session cookie to authenticate logged-in users. This cookie is necessary for the service to function and cannot be used to track you across other websites.
The cookie is configured with appropriate security settings, including
HttpOnly, Secure, and
SameSite=Lax.
Data Retention
Account information and hosted content are retained while your account remains active.
Server logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, and troubleshooting purposes.
Account Deletion
When an account is deleted, the associated account record, hosted files, and published website content are permanently removed from the platform.
Some technical records, such as temporary server logs, may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion.
Account deletion is currently performed by an administrator. A self-service deletion feature may be added in the future.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account.
